Cayenne pepper contains a compound called Capsaicin, which is said to work by bringing blood to the affected area and when used topically can help to reduce pain resulting from arthritis, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, and nerve pain.
 
This formula is also infused with St John’s wort, which is anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and helps with moderate nerve pain and shooting pains of all kinds.
